For those of us "addicted" to thrift/ consignment shops, I have used the online (auction) version of one of my favorite thrift stores: Goodwill! The "brick and mortar" stores are all of the East Coast of the US. But, you can shop an of them online:

Also, your sales go toward a "Good Turn" for the needy in the local communities!

I used to be a big fan of the Crabtree & Evelyn hand scrub, but came across something much cheaper and all natural. My hands are usually a mess in the winter, with the heater running and washing my hands constantly. Instead of purchasing an expensive scrub, just try this:
Pour some olive oil in the palm of your hand.

For most bath salts recipes, you can use your choice of Epsom salts or sea salt, with baking soda, if desired, or a combination of all three. One good mix is one cup of Epsom salts, with 1/4 cup of sea salt, and two or three tablespoons of baking soda.

During the winter, the weather here in Chicago is cold and windy. The air is very dry. Wearing a hat can make your hair extremely dry and even wearing one; the weather conditions can wrack havoc.
